Re: Error: Rangecheck

Hello tremayneb,

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling with the Xerox Driver on that computer? I also found a solution in a previous post that had a similar issue HERE .

Thanks,

Error: Rangecheck

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

Hi There,

I recently upgraded a computer, and went from Word 2013 to Office 365. Ever since doing this, the computer will not print certain documents. These documents have 2 images in the Header. The first image will print, but the second will not, and none of the rest of the document will print either. On the back of the paper, I get the following:

ERROR: rangecheck

OFFENDING COMMAND: image

OPERAND STACK

--nostringval--

The document is saved as a .doc. Here is where things get weird. On one of my other computers that has Office 365, the same document prints just fine, with no issues at all. I have been able to work out that the issue is the second image, but I just don't understand why it only happens on this one computer, and not others.
