Error code 092-318

Product Name: Phaser 7100
Operating System: Not Specified

We have a printer that has given us several error codes. We've followed all instructions-replacing all the imaging units and the waste toner cartridge as well. We still get an error 092-318 and can not get past it. We've put in a new yellow toner cartridge, shaken and stirred!-also reseated the yellow imaging unit.  Still no go. Any other things I can try? TIA

Sounds like you have tried everything already, so it would be a hardware escalation: 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.
