Hi,

It looks like the SD card (part no. 160E04220) from the ESS board ("main" board) is defective.

There is no connection between the fault code that you find in Fault History and the fact that the machine not printing.

Error code 389.603.00 engine failure

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Apple iOS

Machine shows "Ready to print" but fails to print either from the Mac, printer webpage or internally through diagnostics , cleaning pages etc. Messages includes " Host did not accept data file" or Print monitor shows % downloaded but hangs and fails to complete.

Fault Code 389.603.00 in Diagnostics on the machine.
