It was a mechanical problem with the drive roller blades in the bypass tray and the tray 1, the solution was simply adjust.

I'm trying to print on custom size card 12*17 but i keep getting a error message 024-747. I was able to print on the same size of card last week and haven't changed any setting but today it just won't print for me.
