Error message 99,003.00:10519

Product Name: ColorQube 8580
Operating System: Windows 10
Can anybody help me ?

Machine was working fine and this error message accompanied my printer totally freezing.

Restarting results in it going through the whole warming up process and then flicking into the error page

Hello Joan1, 

I searched our online knowledge base and found this article for fault code 99,003 if after trying these steps you are still having the issue I would suggest calling into the support centre @ 1-800-821-2797.
