Chaps hope you can help
recently purchased the above, suddenly will not print having done so without issue over several hours, error message says " printer offline ". But it is not
Prints a testpage with no problem but will not ptprint any document from windows 10 or iPad
i am not very technically minded but having looked online and accessed control panel it appears the printer is connected but will not print
any help greatly appreciated
