Hi,

It could be a problem with yellow developer housing, which may have lose the developer material, so you need a tech to replace the developer housing and developer material.

Since you have already replaced the toner cartridge twice, I would suggest that you call into the support department @ 1-800-821-2797.

Ive changed the yellow toner twice but always same error.

How can i solve? ive already changed it but same error
