I searched our online knowledgbase and found these steps that my help the customer troubleshoot their issue. It does indicate that the non Xerox toner may be the issue with the cartridge.
We sold this printer to one of our customers and they put generic toner in it. It gave error messages so they bought genuine Xerox toner and now it keeps saying replace yellow cartridge and restart. Can anybody help me with this please. Thanks in advance
