Error or fault 093-339

The consumables are regionalized from diferent reason (marketing, taxes,etc). They have diferent part number for diferent region: North America, Europe, DMO. But if your toner worked till now you can try to restart the machine without the toner and insert it when the machine request it.

It’s an original toner that worked fine until now. Does it make sense that all of a sudden it would make this error?

And what do you mean by region? Do toners have regions? Can’t I buy toners anywhere in the world?

Also, how were you able to decipher the error code? Where can I find an index of all possible error codes? It’s frustraring that I have to rely on good people like you in order to understand what my printer is trying to tell me...

Hi,

093-339 is an error from toner cartridge (toner CRUM communication error). Try another toner or/and drum cartridge and be sure the toner to be from your region.
