Error when printing images with transparency

We tested this in our lab on a machine with the most recent firmware and we were not able to replicate the same issue that you are experiencing.  We were not sure what version of Photoshop or Illustrator you are using, but we couldn't find the same problem.  We also were not sure how exactly you created the transparent areas.  Our first suggestion is to update the firmware on your machine.  The link below should take you to the page on Xerox.com/support where the Drivers & Downloads are for the Phaser 8560.  Scroll to the bottom and you'll find the latest Firmware version 4.9.4.  Please try loading this firmware and post back to us and let us know if it resolved the issue.

Hello guys,
I need an urgent help to understand the behavior of my xerox 8560 Tektronics.
I did a project in Adobe Illustrator and in the image I added some details that are PSD files with transparency.
When I do a print of the project: all the PSD images inserted are printed without transparency !!! I get many white blocks, that is what was obtained many years ago when you print in off-set printing machine with rip no up-to-date, the first pdf (or Adobe InDesign files) with transparency !!! :smileysad:

Can someone help me understand?
