A user changed the drum cartdrige for the Xerox WorkCentre 3345 after I bought for them an original brand new one but after he replaced it, the printer say error "install Drum Cartdridge" (see pic). We rebooted the printer many times, removed all drums and toners cartdridge but nothing, still the same message.
Try to reinstall the old cartridge to see the message. If the message is diferent (Replace the drum), it means the chip from the new drum is defective. If the message is the same, it means the drum chip reader is with the issue.
