Here are a few last things you can try of you haven't yet. Here is the number for the Parts Department: 1-800-828-5881. This may actually be something that is Service Engineer replaceable so you may need to call Service: 1-800-821-2797

Ethernet Port not detecting network cable

Product Name: VersaLink C505 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Not Specified

Out of the blue today, our printer lost network access. After trying multiple cables in different configurations, it appears that the ethernet module is no longer functioning. Connectivity options keep stating to connect an ethernet cable but it never detects a network.

Is the module borked? Replaceable? Couldn't find a replacement part online for whatever resides under the left side panel and contains the USB and Ethernet ports.
