For some reason, all my toner levels read 1%, and are telling me to replace. This is after replacing all with new, authentic toner. It has gotten progressively worse, and now I am posting because it almost always tells me I am low when I know I am not.
A temporary fix is to shake the bottles and re-insert, but sometimes that only helps to get a couple hundred prints, before I have to do it again. Is there something I can clean, like a sensor, or something?
From what I have read, the C8000 reads toner levels in the developer housing through the ATC sensor, and there is no way to access that, but I could be wrong. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
