Thank you for using the Support Forum. I have to say I have never seen a machine produce the square of the number of copies you ask for!! What I would suggest first is to make sure that you have the current firmware version loaded on your machine. The most recent firmware was released in May 2013. If updating the firmware does not fix the problem please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
