If Xerox doesn't know...we are ALL IN TROUBLE.

Today March 10th, 2022, I have a B230, same issue: multiple excess prints

Hi Har1ey,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. I have to say I have never seen a machine produce the square of the number of copies you ask for!!  What I would suggest first is to make sure that you have the current firmware version loaded on your machine.  The most recent firmware was released in May 2013.  If updating the firmware does not fix the problem please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Excess prints when asking for multiple copies.

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Is anyone else having an issue with extra copies being printed on their 5325/5335 MF printers? We ha figured out that how ever may copies you ask for, it prints a multiple of that number. "example: if you request 2 copies, you get 4, and if you ask for 5 copies you get 25." We had one lady try to print 14 copies of a 4 page document and she got 196 copies of each page.
