Hello Kosta_Si,
I see no one has responded to this post yet. So, at this point I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Product Specialist for more assistance. Please call 1-800-821-2797.
I have this 8560 xerox printer for many years now and I only used xerox ink.
About 6 year ago I got an error in my office printer, and when I open it the ink well in the bottom had so much ink bits that stop working.
The first thing went trough my mine was why no warning was given to me to empty the waste tray.
So, I open the printer and I clean everything then I put everything back finding out the printer is not working, and I had an error.
I did not reopen it thinking that I had put something back wrong.
Then I close my office and move to my home office and the printer set there all those years, becouse, I had another Xerox 8560 at home not in great shape but was good enough as a home printer.
So, by the end of the 2020 the home printer start giving me problems and finally stop working.
Then I had no more excuses I set and try to fix the office printer I took it apart put everything back without any luck.
Then I realized that the X-Axis Motor cam that moves the printhead was not doing his job. I took apart the X-Axis Motor and I realized the cam threads was striped probably trying to push the printhead with all that ink in the bottom was abstracting the movement.
I order a new X-Axis Motor replaced and everything start working.
Then I realized that the waste tray is filing up with what looks like ink droplets and there is now warning to empty the waste tray.
So, I empty the waste tray and then I look inside and was ink all over, so I cleaned and put the waste tray back.
Then periodically start checking the waste tray and it was full again and again I must clean the printer well every time I empty the waste tray.
I start realizing that my magenta and cyan ink was just get eating by the printer constantly I am buying these two inks constantly and costing me lots of money.
So finally, the light bulb lids up that this was the original problem buck 6 years ego.
Sorry for the long introduction.
Any suggestion or help will be appreciated.
