Hi,

Ans for a good quality of print you must be sure to have the consumables (drum cartridges, Transfer Belt, 2nd BTR) in good conditions.

Does the image quality issue happen with all applications used? I searched the Knowledge-base for this issue and found This solution you can try. 

If that doesn't help, I would recommend contacting our Support Department.

Expected print quality

Product Name: Phaser 7800
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi,

We have just got a Phaser 7800 on the basis it was recommended due to the high print quality.

To be honest it's not what we expected but are we asking too much from the machine?

Lighter colours are very blotchy and not smooth. See the image attached. Is this what we should expect?

This was printed onto silk 250 gsm xerox paper......
