Yes you can do this,

 

go to the registry and search for the exact name of your saved setting.. you will find little files with the name of your saved settings.. export them and import those on the new computer. done!

Export / Migrate Xerox Saved Settings

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Is it possible to Copy over or migrate printer settings from the Xerox Global Print Driver on a Windows Vista PC to a Windows 10 PC?

 

We print using several "Saved Settings" for different printing requirements and I'd prefer to not have to set them all up manually again if it can be helped.
