Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that you have the bidirectional communication turned on for the port.  Please see this article about how to locate that setting through the CWIS. See if that will clear up the issue if not consider removing the driver completely, restart your computer and then install the driver again.  If it continues to fail please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Extra Heavy Duty Media Kit - Printer unreadable

Product Name: Phaser 7800
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi all,

I need help for my printer Phaser 7800.

Heavy duty media kit has already installed for up to 300gsm cardstock 2-sided printing in my printer, however my PC is not working when I selected Extra heavy duty media kit "Installed".
