Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that you have the bidirectional communication turned on for the port. Please see this article about how to locate that setting through the CWIS. See if that will clear up the issue if not consider removing the driver completely, restart your computer and then install the driver again. If it continues to fail please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
