V4 drivers require the Xerox Experience app to configure them.
V3 drivers do not.
My guess, is that the one that works either has the app, or has the V3.
I just setup a new 3335 and when I installed the printer to the workstation it shows Tray 2 Unavailable in the printer preferences. However the device web console shows that tray is attached. What makes it more strange is that I installed the printer on another machine and it sees Tray 2 no problem. I installed to a 3rd machine and it does not see the Tray.
Not sure what I am missing here.
I am using the PCL6 v4 driver.
