Fade colors when printing

Product Name: Phaser 6500
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 - El Capitan

Hello,

We have the following problem: whatever we print (black and white / colored images), the colors are faded. All the ink cartridges are new and original. We also tried the maintainnance options from the printer "toner refresh",  "adjust color registration" and "clear developer" but nothing worked.

 

Do you have any idea?
