well, you have to know if it works with a more recent driver, then you know its an error in the driver...

i think you better try an updated driver like the global 5.216.19

Hi,

I m getting an error message when trying to fetch the printer capabilities of "Xerox ColorQube 8570DN" printer using PTGetPrintCapabilities() Win32 API. The same code is working fine for olther printers.

 

Error message:

An unexpected error occurred in print driver. Close the current driver window and retry the operation.
044:000:0333

 

Xerox driver version: "5.167.12.0N 2010.09.17".

 

Can anyone please let me know what might me causing this problem?
