Failure to print

Product Name: phaser 6510DN
Operating System: Windows 10

I have been using my printer with the same laptop for 2 years. I can print a setup page from my laptop and a configuration report directly from the printer. However, I cannot print any documents, they just sit in the printer queue.

How do I access the Admin Menu using the printer buttons?

I would try un-installing and re-installing the Xerox Print Driver.
