Fault Code 016-751

I believe that not having a PostScript option would result in fault code 016-749. If the PS option being missing was the cause of the error we also wouldn't be able to print from any application, but the post says that a Word doc prints fine. The question then becomes is this all .PDF files or just a particular .PDF file? This sounds like a syntax error generated by something in a particular .PDF file.

Try the following.

If you don't have Adobe Acrobat (Reader or Paid) download Adobe Reader.

Open the file in Adobe Reader and select File->Print

Click on Advanced in the print window

Check the box labeled Print As Image

Print your job

Let us know if the error still occurs or if the error code changes.

You must orser PS DIMM (part no. 540K14860 for Xerox machine, not sure if is the same for Fuji Xerox).
