Excellent, thanks for the info. I said I felt the gear in the black drum felt like the seized up. I will contact customer and let him know. I will reach back with the results.

392-315 ATC Fail K. Hope to be black drum cartridge. If is not from drum module is from main drive motor and you will need a tech to replace it.

These all were happening within a few minutes of me being there end of the call. These are the two pages i took pictures of. Im sure some are door open or basic, but some of these were throwing the error then requiring turn off/on the machine to recover. Which stand out and where seems to be the major issue? Thank you.

Sorry, but I cannot see your photos. Describe here please the fault codes (from Fault History of the machine) and I will try to help you.

392.671 fault code was the original post error code.

below i posted 2 photos links or the most recent fault codes presenting on the machine.

This post was the only similar message that I received, not the actual fault code. If you could please review and see where maybe my specific code is directing a problem.

392-671 ADC Patch Fail on Magenta. Replace Magenta drum cartridge (not toner) and if this will not solve the issue it could be the developer drive motor.

Hello, my apologies the model number is a WC 7225. The copier is for sure a color unit. Also I was onsite to take a  look at the copier, it did appear the Black drum gears were having trouble rotating compared to the others. Their Yellow and Magenta toners were very low and I swap them for new toners but it did not help. I am thinking the IBT or the black drum. Let me know your thoughts.

Hi,

Just color machines have an IBT. 5335 is B/W. 

Try to replace the drum cartridge and if this did not solve your issue it is possible to have a toner dispensing problem and for this you will need a tech.

Here on the forum you will not find a service manual.

Similar Issue I belive the IBT may need to be replaced. Sqeaking sounds, sometimes sounds like a cry, WC5335.

any help would great!

also where could i collect the service manual with listed fault codes, etc.

or is this the only way to troubleshoot..
