Hello alirz, 

I see no one has responded to this post yet. So, at this point if you have already tried powering the printer off and unplugging it from the wall outlet for 1 minute.  I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Product Specialist for more assistance. Please call 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

Product Name: WorkCentre 7425/7428/7435
Operating System: Not Specified

Hi everyone,

i have a problem on my printer and it shows me this error code 003-344, i searched a lot in internet/forum no answer, and the big problem is that the image of screen is frozen i can't have access to anything

So please help me find a solution.
