Fault code 062-380

Product Name: Versalink C405DN
Operating System: Windows 10

I'm getting fault code 062-380 (fuser fault). I turn the printer on and off and I re-position the fuser. Does not help. But the strange thing is that the startup page prints fine when I turn the printer back on, and often the documents I send to print unsuccessfully during a session will print fine when I turn the printer back on, but then the printer won't print after that because of the fault code. I'm finding nothing on this site that even begins to help. All advice welcomed!

You need to call Xerox and put it up for service. 

The fault code you listed means scanner error. It did not detect enough light from the lamp. This generally means the scanner needs to be replaced. 

The fuser fault is a different fault. It begins with 010-XXX and is fixed by replacing the fuser.
