Fault code 093-547 ink reservoir not filling

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

My colorqube 9202 is giving a 093-547 and will not print. Doesn't seem like the ink is being heated up at all. any ideas on how to fix this? 

Says this error is reservoir not being filled.
