Sounds like you have tried everything already, so it would be a hardware escalation: 1-800-821-2797.
Fault code 17-800, DHCP Problem Auto IP Run/ will not connect to network via wifi or ethernet. I tried to access Configuring TCP/IP Settings Using Xerox CentreWare Internet Services using the IPs given on the Config report under Network setup, that didnt work. I attempted to change the name/ip to the host name in hopes to directly connect, that didnt work. I have downloaded the most recent drivers I could find. The strange thing was, that It was all work just find a week ago and something happened and now it only works through usb link.
