I was able to find a friend who worked on repairing these printers, but he too could not trace the problem. He tried to reinstall the latest firmware, initialized the NVRAM, there is no HDD, he double checked the connections, but the problem reappears at every restart. The only thing I noticed is that when he goes into LONGDIAG mode he gets error 016-349. Does anyone know how to solve because the alternative is to change the ESS which costs so much.

I understand, that's why I recommended you a tech. As I said there are some procedures in Special Boot Mode to perform that it cannot be allowed to be published here on the Forum because are part of the Diagnostic Mode available just for Xerox trained tech's and because if you did perform them you could brick your machine.

I can't even access the printer already at startup gives me this error

Hi,

Because it involved to pefrorm some procedures in Diagnostic Mode, I will recommend you to have a tech to solve your prblem.

Operating System: Windows 10 x64
Hi, I have a Xerox Workcentre 6515 printer, and every time I try to boot I get black screen saying "Please Reboot 116-321" how can I fix it. i have already done an update with usb, i removed and put back the battery.
