David- I missed this post originally. What do you mean by what adobe? On the clients? What software?
good luck- it's frustrating ...and just so you know,..I am not sure we are in the clear even now.
We have gone 1-2 weeks in the past without any issues and then it rears it's ugly head again.
RIght now it has been just about 2 weeks.

Interesting. We actually rolled back to match the software versions in use with the same machine in our other offices.
Since then, this has not happened again.
I am getting ready to go to a customer site with this very issue tomorrow. They have the same version of SW that is mentioned here. It looks like there is version 72.040.124.23401, so Im going to give that a go at this location and see if that helps.

We have two new Xerox 7845 Workcenter MFD.
We have about 100 users in our office using these machines, heavily.
We have the problem on both machines, but moreso on one than the other.
The issue is this, the machine stops printing jobs. If you look at the Jobs Status screen, all jobs have a status of 'Pending' that never changes.. (view from web console shown below.) Nothing can be done with the job other than selecting and deleteing it.
Each time this happens we restart the machine...once i powers back up again all of the jobs begin printing. This is causing mucho frustration for users.
So far our outside support company has disabled energy saver settings and also done a software reset. In each case, the machine worked correctly for a period of time, but then it wout start happening again.
