Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure you are using paper that is within the specifications for the machine. Try different paper. Wipe the feed rollers with a clean damp (not dripping) cloth to remove debris from the rollers. If it still does not feed consider replacing the feed rollers, you can order and replace them yourself. If none of this helps please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
