I think you nailed it. The printer that I can reach via FCW has a silver box attached to the rear, and the other doesn't. Problem solved! Thank you!
If you enter the IP of #2 into a browser and it goes directly to CentreWare then you aren't connecting through a Fiery. It sounds like you do not have a Fiery controller on your second C60 because the Fiery icon is not displayed on the panel. Those machines do have internal controllers and can be used without a Fiery. If you are sure that you have a Fiery, either the external tower computer or "integrated" unit attached to the back, it seems like it is not connected and in use.
Hello,
I see no one has responded to this post yet. So, at this point I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Product Specialist for more assistance. Please call 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.
If I use Xerox Centreware Internet Services (type in IP ibn browser window) I can access and print to machine. When I attempt to add printer via FCW - it says IP address invalid. I do advanced search, no valid IPs are found. As far as I can tell both machines are set up similarly.
However in machine display, Xerox #1 has Fiery as a selection, Xerox #2 does not.
