Fiery Ex j75 server no boot and no bios

Hello, hope somone could help me.
as written in the subject, few months ago, my fiery EX j75 server didn't  boot up and it also not entering the bios, so i have put aside for a while.
last week, with some spare time, i've tried to fix the server, disassembling all the components checking for burn marks or some loose welding, but i didn't see nothing unsual. when i have put together it boot up again, but only one time because when i've connected back to the printer, the problem rise again.
so i tried to swap the RAM, clear the CMOS, use another power supply, clean and re-apply the thermal past but nothing. 
when i turn on the PC it makes a reapedatly beep sound sometimes.
is it dead for good or is still hope?
