Fiery get stuck when selecting half-fold

The problem was solved. But unknown how.

Found one error where the message was paper jam. But the jam was removed.
Then we opened all modules after printer. Emptied bins for top and footer trim and front edge trim on the squarefolder. Then open all handles and closed them again. After that it worked as normal.
But it was a strange behavior.

I am not sure what this could be. I searched the Support page and found a few articles on how to set up folding. Maybe if you take a look at these you may find something helpful to resolve your issue.

We are trying to make folders. When printing normal, everything is OK. But when try to run the same job, but add "Half-fold" in fold style, Fiery hangs in processing. If file is done "Process and hold", it stays in "Printing" with status "Waiting". If I deselect "Half-fold", it prints again as normal.

Any suggestion to solve this?
