ASP = Authorized Service Provider.
I assumed you are an ASP as you are unboxing and installing the device yourself and your email address is assigned to a Xerox Partner that is showing as ASP Eligible.
If you are not an ASP and you use Xerox for service, you should reach out to the Xerox Service team for support.
If you don't know where to go, you may want to reach out to your Regional Channel Lead. If you are not sure who that is, send me a direct message (DM) and I'll provide you with that information.

HI PDS_Xerox, the only thing I see for this issue from the customer prespective is to restart the device. As you are an ASP, I suggest reseating the conections on the finisher before you restart the device.
If the restart does not work, you should reach out to your ASP hotline.

I have a brand new machine I have unboxed today a Altalink 8155 I have attached a BR Booklet Maker Finsher w/ 2/3 Hole Punch and it seems to not be working.
- Making weird loud noise
- SaysPrint/Copy not available
- Error Code 12-521-00
Does the 8155 even accept the BR Booklet Maker Finsher?
