There are occasionally differences, and in those cases anyone providing the answer would just ask clarification.

No level of firmware will stop a paper jam though, that is always a hardware issue (damaged/worn rollers, Finisher not aligned with copier) or the paper (Paper with too long of a grain, too short of a grain, high humidity (causes it to stick together and multifeed) really low humidity (static cling) damaged edges/corners etc etc.)
I did not realize the firmware is identical to all WorkCentres. Thank you for the clarification. We have numerous issues with these copiers getting paper jams so I am wondering if the firmware updates would do any good. The paper jam issues have perpetuated for 3+ years and at this point I am grasping for answers. I had a Phaser 7800 machine that mysteriously quit processing any jobs at all about a week ago and updating the firmware magically fixed it. Can I delete all the extra posts or are they stuck there?
Just please don't create multiple posts asking for the exact same thing on the same model family printers in one day. You have 3 on the 57xx family in an hour for literally the same thing.
The amount of versions behind has no relevance to anything, versions are created to fix bugs and compatibility, if you have no issue there is no reason to update a device, it could even cause issues by updating by breaking compatibility to things Xerox no longer supports (Like Windows XP), if you have an actual issue, like scanning to Gmail/Office365 and start getting errors about encryption, that would be that they have no implemented SHA-2, and your printer may not support that, because it wasn't even a thing in 2012. But now it is, so Xerox made it a supported protocol in newer versions. If you don't use a service that requires it, you have no reason to do an update.

And yes, I am absolutely certain of everything I have posted, I even took the time to include a picture of the versions database on your machine.

I am here on free time, Xerox does not in any way pay me to do this. I will not be answering posts about how many versions behind your machines are, you will need to go through official channels, call Xerox, get to 2nd level support and explain the issues you are having and they will then tell you if you have a firmware that has a known issue that has been resolved in a spar version.

Sorry for all the posts, but with our current setup, it is much easier for me to make separate posts. I am constantly on the move throughout a school district and simply "happen upon" working on these machines. I do beg your pardon, but I will continue making separate posts for each. I simply need to know how many versions behind each machine's firmware is. When I happen upon a repeat model, I will reference the previous posting. More posts means more kudos for you anyway doesn't it??
