Cathy, The link you sent me is what everyone can see and it does not include a link to B100 Firmware which will fix the Remote Services Communication Issue.  Its a Certificate Issue which all the VersaLinks and the PrimeLink C90XX are having.  I have included a picture of the Firmware page for your reference.  I am unable to find any new Firmware Link for the B100 to fix this problem.

Firmware to fix Remote Services availabilty

Product Name: PrimeLink B9100/B9110/B9125/B9136
Operating System: Windows 10 x64
I found the Firmware 85.5.31 for the C9070 that fixed certificate issue with remote services but am unable to locate the version for the B9100.

Please help
