I don't know what that error means exactly so I would recommend you call Support for more assistance: 1-800-821-2797.
When trying to update firmware from v56.59.1 to v56.64.11 (firmware file: "566411_VL_C7000_E.bin")/v56.69.51 via webgui/download via webgui/download via Windows Firmware Updade Tool (USB or network) it fails all the time.

When trying via display on printer error occurs:
"SOFTWARE UPGRADE FAILED 017-759"
Please help with a fixed firmware update.
