I want to update firmware of my Phaser 3020 since it was never updated.

Using upgrade wizard (through web admin panel) i'm selectin downloaded firmware.
It verifies firmware and says: Invalid firmware.
I've tried both Tag 29 and Non-Tag 29 with the same result.
What's wrong?
