I would recommend checking out the Readme for both versions to see if there are any indications in there on what to use. If that doesn't work, you would need to call Support: 1-800-821-2797

Firmware upgrade fails

Product Name: Phaser 3020
Operating System: Not Specified

I want to update firmware of my Phaser 3020 since it was never updated.

So i downloaded firmware from here https://www.support.xerox.com/en-us/product/phaser-3020/downloads?platform=all&category=firmware&lan...

Using upgrade wizard (through web admin panel) i'm selectin downloaded firmware.

It verifies firmware and says: Invalid firmware.

I've tried both Tag 29 and Non-Tag 29 with the same result.

What's wrong?
