Followme print automatically releases documents

Try Properties > Services > Printing > Hold all jobs

But the option is typically server side, and has no relation to a setting on the printer, which makes it odd that only the 78XX models could have a problem, since it is assumed the same person setup all the devices and the others are working properly.

Secure Access for instance would need to have the option for Secure Print enabled, as well as the option to Prompt to release all option changed to Select Desired Job.

I have an issue with 2 recently installed followme printers.

For all the other printers (approx 23) when a user swipes their card the printer will open the home page and give them options to release print, scan to email etc etc. But these two printers automatically release and print any documents held after the user has swiped, and not give the normal option of printing or deleting.

The printers are all XEROX WorkCentre 7835s 

How do I set the printer to hit the home screen and not automatically print stored documents?
