I need to restart a device remotely that has a job in progress error. The Jobs display does not show a job waiting to print. Is there a way to force a shutdown from the webUI on a VersaLink B405 Multifunction Printer ?
Thank you for using the Support Forum. I believe you can only shutdown the printer using the remote control panel feature. Please take a look at this article about the remote support panel and see if that will work for you. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
