Force black and white printing

Product Name: VersaLink C9000 Color Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

We would like to force black and white printing for all computers except my own. I have enabled Xerox Black & White in the drivers of each user but finding that some apps like Quickbooks dopn't use the same driver at least the setting is per app in some cases. In addition even when I set it on these apps if they update then sometimes the setting is turned off again.

We are leasing the printer and so some settings require an admin password which I don't have but when I log in to the web interface I see there is an accounting system. I wonder if it is possible to restrict all computers other than mine (since I print full color advertising material) to black and white? If so can someone walk me through the setup process to achieve this?

Otherwise is there some other way to achieve this?
