I don't know what that means. There is no way to gather CPU temp that I'm aware of.
I have replaced hundreds of cpu fans on this product though, for those fault codes. I usually follow that action with the SW reload method recommended by Gabiene. Be sure to clone the machine first to reimport settings.

The HDD has been yet replaced. I will try to check the fan and the outlet power. So do you think it is a hardware related issue? In your opinion why I see "process terminated - agent crash"? It seems to me a software issue...

I have a workcenter 7855i, it crashes 3-4 times everyday. The log has lot of these entries:
2094 04/16/2019 11:26:24 50 Process Terminated Xerox7855 agent crash
2095 04/16/2019 11:26:25 2 System Shutdown Xerox7855
2096 04/16/2019 11:29:34 65 Abnormal System Termination Xerox7855
2097 04/16/2019 11:29:34 1 System Startup Xerox7855
I tried to completely reset the configuration and I re-configure the xerox without importing the clone file. Also the firmware has been upgraded to 073.040.009.03700 but the issue is still here... Any ideas?
