I don't know what that means. There is no way to gather CPU temp that I'm aware of. 

I have replaced hundreds of cpu fans on this product though, for those fault codes. I usually follow that action with the SW reload method recommended by Gabiene. Be sure to clone the machine first to reimport settings.

This could explain why I got this issue in non working hours, so when cpu load is very low.

Well, in that case, I'm trying to get temperature from SNMP, but it seems that there is no such OID for that purpose. Am I wrong?

I think its a dusty cpu fan

Hello

The HDD has been yet replaced. I will try to check the fan and the outlet power. So do you think it is a hardware related issue? In your opinion why I see "process terminated - agent crash"? It seems to me a software issue...

Check the fan on the SBC board (that one with network port on it). Sometimes that fan fails. Also check the outlet power.

Next step is to replace the HDD and reload the software by AltBoot with FORCED_UPGRADE and DISABLE_DATA_BACKUP

Hello, thank you for your quick reply. The firmware upgrade has been done using AltBoot method. Everytime my xerox reboots, I see the error code 303.777.00.

What error codes have in Fault History?

Hello

I have a workcenter 7855i, it crashes 3-4 times everyday. The log has lot of these entries:

2094 04/16/2019 11:26:24 50 Process Terminated Xerox7855 agent crash
2095 04/16/2019 11:26:25 2 System Shutdown Xerox7855
2096 04/16/2019 11:29:34 65 Abnormal System Termination Xerox7855
2097 04/16/2019 11:29:34 1 System Startup Xerox7855

I tried to completely reset the configuration and I re-configure the xerox without importing the clone file. Also the firmware has been upgraded to 073.040.009.03700  but the issue is still here... Any ideas?
