Frequent "connecting" ou "unable to connect" messages b/w DFE and the printer

Operating System: Windows 7
Hello Colleques,
 
The equipment is Fiery EX80 on Windows 7 and Xerox V80 engine.
 
Technically I have the following issues :
 
- I have 80 and 443 ports blocked (as seen in nmap) on the Fiery EX80 server;
- cant run updates and see the patches installed;
- apache server not running, I cant accès the web-page.
 
Fiery and printer are running normally , but from time to time I have "Off-line" or "connecting" message that requires the reboot on both sides.
