Hi Cory,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. In the printing preferences please go to the advanced settings tab and make sure the tandem tray is enabled or selected as installed.  You have to tell the driver that the installable option has been installed for it to show as a choice on the driver.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Fuji Xerox DocuCentre-III 2007 - Tray Missing

Hi,

 

Not really sure where to post this or if these are the correct forums. We have a Fuji Xerox DocuCentre-III 2007 we are trying to deploy with a group policy on Windows Server 2012 R2 over the network. The deployment works fine but the printer is not showing all the Printer Trays.

 

If we install the printer driver locally on the machine (Windows 7 32bit) we can see Tray 4 as shown below.

But if we install the exact same driver on the Server and deploy it we cannot see Tray 4.

We have tried several different drivers all with the same result.

 

Is there some configuration we are missing, what do we need to do to get Tray 4 to show up as individually installing the driver is not the solution we want.

 

Let me know if this is the wrong place for this stuff.
