That smear could be from the IBT Cleaner or from the Fuser unit.

Problem solved !!!
Followed exactly in the video and the missing area part solved. Once again thanks so much !!!

But however the black smear still appear, could it be other parts issue?

Use this procedure to clean laser's windows just trough inside the machine and for the tech this one.

I see.... do you have any guide or video to show me how to access to the ROS in quick way without disassemble the whole unit? I'm afraid our tech does not know about the ROS. So probably i need to do it myself but can i clean the ROS without disassemble the whole unit?

Hi,

It looks like the laser unit (ROS) is dirty and need to be cleaned. Of course you will need a tech for this operation.

I'm having trouble with the print outcome. There are 2 issues:

1) Light print: it appear to be light or not ink at all

2) Black smear across the page

The black drum initially was filled with toner.

When i do a force stop on the machine, i saw some toner landed on the IBT belt and transferred to the paper. Below are the pictures:

Can anyone please help me. Many thanks

UPDATE: i changed a new drum, but the light print still appearing and getting worse. From light to blank print
