Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that you do not have the color restricted through the Xerox Standard Accounting feature. If the XSA is not restricting the color then uninstall and reinstall the driver. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

This will be my first post to the forum so bare with me.
We have just deployed several 78xx's in customer environment printing using the PCL GPD (not PCL6) via 2008 R2 print server. Several users are reporting that they are unable to print in color even after unchecking the box for Xerox BW. I traced out the driver when manipulating the color setting to the following Registry entry stating it does not exist.
HKCU\Printers\Connections\,,svomess,Find_Me\DevMode
Can anyone explain what would happen if the driver failed to access DevMode for the printer?
Has anyone else ran into this issue?
