GPD v3.3.347.6.0 secure print

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I am building a new print server with the latest version of xerox gpd v3.3.347.6.0 and there is a problem with setting secure print on by default. Using the old driver it worked ok but with this version when you go to the administration tab, secure print only is greyed out and cannot be selected.

 

The device is online and everything else is communicating ok. The problem is not model specific either, we have 6 devices that are doing this.

 

2x Phaser 3635

WorkCentre 7535

WorkCentre 7845

WorkCentre 5735

WorkCentre 5970

 

There are more of these models and they all work fine?
