Hi Joe,
thank you for your reply but the "print optimization" not resolve the problem, i had already tried it.
The problem is only present on that computer, another with the same features and system prints correctly.
Those shadows come from Transparencies (Printers know there is something there, occasionally they print a shadow box because they can't interpret something invisible)
There is no fixing it if you are using the Microsoft Class driver (Default for Windows 10)
The Xerox driver afaik doesn't do this, but if it does, you can just match these settings here and it should go away. (PS and PCL side by side for reference)
In the future, please black out phone/fax/email information.
If my post isn't relevant, please post your driver details and it would be helpful if you could supply a pdf that replicates the issue so I can print it in-house and troubleshoot
Can you see it now?
Hi,
we can help you more " me and the Guys here" if you can reload the attached again since it showing nothing
" try with internet explorer "

Hi,
i have a problem with the printing from Versalink C7025.
The MFP creates grey corner in parts as tables, heading, titles etc.
The same problem happens by printing from word, outlook, pdf ecc.
I attach the defect found around the sender's name and in the "box" of recipients, date etc.
Thank You
